Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Prime Bot to your Discord server or accessing our web dashboard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot and discontinue use of our dashboard.

2. Description of Service

Prime Bot provides a comprehensive suite of Discord management and engagement tools, including:

  • Moderation & Logging: Automated tools for server safety and detailed activity logs (voice, messages, roles).
  • Community Engagement: Giveaway systems, referral programs, and custom welcome/leave messaging.
  • Utility: Support ticket systems, self-role assignment, and scheduled auto-messages.
  • Entertainment: High-quality music playback system for voice channels.

3. User Accounts and Security

Access to our dashboard requires Discord authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

  • We provide Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced security; we strongly recommend enabling it.
  • You must not share your authentication tokens or backup codes with anyone.
  • You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.

4. Usage Rules and Conduct

Users must adhere to the following rules:

  • Anti-Abuse: You may not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities. Attempting to bypass anti-spam or referral fraud detection is strictly prohibited.
  • Content: You may not use the bot to display or transmit content that violates Discord's Community Guidelines.
  • Integrity: Using multiple accounts to farm referrals or giveaway entries is grounds for a permanent ban from our Service.
  • Automation: Self-botting or automating interactions with our dashboard is prohibited.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features of Prime Bot are reserved for Premium users.

  • Premium status grants access to advanced management tools and enhanced customization options.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time via the dashboard.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our support team.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prime Bot is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or Discord API outages.
  • Lost data due to server-side logging deletions.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account if 2FA was not enabled.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms or for conduct that we believe is harmful to the community.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and brand assets related to Prime Bot are the property of our team. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
